The BNDR – unit for continuous dosing of reagents can be completed on the basis of electric pump plunger or membrane units, as well as equipped with additional equipment according to the technological requirements of the customer.
Reagent dosing units are designed to supply chemical reagents to an oil and gas producing well, as well as to oil collection and transportation pipelines to protect oil equipment from corrosion, salt deposits, ASF, etc.
Metal corrosion inhibitors in heated shelter blocks are designed for automatic injection of chemicals into pipelines of field systems for collecting, transporting and preparing petroleum products, into pipelines of reservoir pressure maintenance systems (using BG-type combs), into production and injection wells, in order to protect them from corrosion, salt and paraffin deposits, and demulsification of oil and water mixtures.
The mobile unit of the reagent farm is designed for the preparation, transportation and metered injection of neutral, toxic and flammable liquid chemical reagents into the annulus of oil and gas wells, as well as into pipelines.
Methanol supply units are designed to supply methanol or ethylene glycol to gas production wells, gas collection and transportation pipelines in order to prevent hydrate jams and deposits, as well as to supply MEG, DEG and TEG for gas drying and regeneration of spent ethylene glycol.
Gas odorization units are designed for metered supply and accounting for the amount of odorant supplied to the natural gas stream.
The filter unit is designed to clean reagents from mechanical impurities and prevent clogging and breakage of pumping units or equipment sensitive to contamination of the pumped medium.
